First Aid Heroes – First Aid Training for Companies (Based on ERC 2025 Guidelines)
Make the safety of your staff a priority and comply with the new requirement in a timely manner: as of January 1, 2026, first aid training is required for 50% of staff at companies with more than 50 employees. The First Aid Heroes program is specifically designed for businesses that want to effectively train their teams and ensure full, documented compliance.
Under Law 5239/2025 (Government Gazette 178/A/October 17, 2025), every employer is now required to provide training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and abdominal thrusts (Heimlich maneuver) to their employees.
What sets First Aid Heroes apart?
The “First Aid Heroes” courses and workshops are designed and structured around the idea that people need to be engaged, involved, and understand what they are learning in order to provide first aid to themselves, their loved ones, and, ultimately, strangers.
How do we achieve this?
We teach in real time through interactive, experience-based learning (EBL), a modern, hands-on teaching method in which our students are encouraged to apply the skills they have acquired in real-time situations.
– We adapt to your industry: Customized scenarios tailored to the specific risks of the location (office, warehouse, industrial facility, retail, hospitality, etc.).
– In-house training courses at your location, nationwide
– Small Groups of 12–30 people for optimal hands-on training
– Available in Greek and English (Other languages upon request)
