I was born in 1984 in Athens. I have always loved Nature and especially water sports and everything that has to do with nature. I have been involved in free diving since I was 8 years old. I was an athlete in sailing with dingys. As I grew up, I had more hobbies such as hiking in the mountains, canyoning, diving just to name a few. I learned first aid because in nature we needed those skills because we were usually away from the facilities o we needed to assist out team and friends. So I became a first aid responder.
I liked it so I started doing seminars and workshops to become better. As I advanced my career I became a PADI diving instructor (www.coolexperience.gr) and at the same time I became a first aid instructor (www.first-aid.gr). I got certified as a lifeguard and further enhanced my training. I am also certified in some specialties such as First Aid for Children and Infants, Emergency Oxygen Instructor. In 2020 I started creating my own specialties such as Specialized First Aid for outdoor hobbies. As i started my new business of organising Alternative tourism trips with our new brand (www.live2explore.gr).
I believe that wellness is a holistic approach and lifestyle so I created a company called Wellness Spot (www.wellness-spot.gr) to have all the services and products I offer under one roof.
I love what I do and I try to continuously develop and acquire more skills through continuous education.
